Sławomir Czerwiński, attorney-at-law, is a Head of the Corporate/M&A Department at CMS.
He specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial work, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, healthcare, financial services, FMCG and infrastructure sectors.
Slawomir has advised private equity houses and corporates on a number of investments, exits, joint ventures and mergers. He has also gained extensive experience in corporate governance issues.
The leading international directory of law firms, Chambers & Partners, recommends Sławomir as an expert in the field of Corporate/M&A and private equity. Prior to joining CMS, he worked for over 13 years with Clifford Chance, and for over 1.5 years he was a lawyer at Baker & McKenzie.
