CMS, in a joint operation between CMS Portugal and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, advised Evercom on its merger with LIFT.
The CMS Portugal Corporate M&A team involved in the advice was led by Partner Margarida Vila Franca, with the participation of Coordinating Associate David Apolónia and Associate Francisca Pereira da Cruz.
On the CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo side, the multidisciplinary team was led by Partners Nacho Fernández-Aguado and Irene Miró, as well as Associate Pedro Pablo Angosto. Also involved were the Tax Law teams, with Partner Ricardo Héctor and Senior Associate Isabel Montes, and the Employment Law team, with Partner Eva Ceca and Associate Beatriz Miranda.
