Cláudia Antunes da Silva promoted to Managing Associate at CMS Portugal

Cláudia Antunes da Silva, from the Commercial Law practice group, has just been promoted to Managing Associate at CMS Portugal.

With over 20 years’ experience, she works primarily in the area of Commercial Law, providing ongoing legal advice to various national and international clients on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, as well as legal assistance across the full scope of their business activities. She also has extensive experience in the areas of Banking and Finance, Insurance, Civil Law and Related Litigation, with a particular focus on providing legal advice to financial institutions and financial companies, notably in the areas of Civil Law (contracts), Consumer Credit and the relevant regulation and supervision by supervisory authorities.
