CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut’s Banking and Finance Partner comments on the regulatory "sandbox" that will surround projects such as fintech in a new article of the British magazine "The Lawyer".
The article titled "Helping fintech move to the next level" features the participation of different experts from the Iberian Peninsula on the development of fintech in their respective markets.
According to António Payan Martins, "The Portuguese government has already published the framework for a regulatory sandbox which will test emerging technologies and involve national and international projects, including fintech.”
