Cristina Rogado is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Insurance teams.
She has over 20 years of experience and develops her activity in the area of litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency and restructuring, with a particular focus on civil and commercial litigation, namely in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as Insurance.
She has extensive acting for a roster of national and international clients in several sectors, such as aviation, commerce, services, pharmaceutical, tourism, and retail, among others. Moreover, she is well-versed in insolvency and restructuring proceedings, as well as insurance law, providing both regulatory and substantive law advice, to insurers, insurance intermediaries, and other entities.
Cristina is acknowledged as Associate-to-Watch for Insurance, by Chambers Europe, and recommended for Dispute Resolution, by Legal 500, 2025. Moreover, she is recognised for Litigation by Best Lawyers for the past years.
