David Apolónia is a Managing Associate in the Corporate M&A team.

With more than 15 years of experience, his main areas of focus are commercial law, corporate law, capital markets, and civil law.

He provides legal advice mainly to companies including drafting contracts, changes to the corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions processes, and setting up funds and monitoring their activity.

David is ranked as Leading Associate for Commercial, Corporate, and M&A by Legal 500, 2025. Moreover, he is recognised for Mergers and Acquisitions Law, by Best Lawyers, 2025.
