Filipa Gaspar Branco has been developing her professional activity mainly within the areas of Banking and Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial and Corporate law.

She provides standing legal assistance on corporate matters to several national and international clients and has experience in different procedures of acquisition and sale of companies, national and cross-border corporate restructuring and structuring of international partnerships, as well as corporate and acquisition finance, infrastructure and project finance, real estate finance and real estate investment.

Filipa has also experience in special situations, restructuring deals and transactions involving distressed assets and non-performing loans.
