Filipa Gaspar Branco is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team and is part of the ESG Task Force.

With over 10 years of experience in banking and finance law, particularly in acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance, structured finance, and products, she assists a roster of national and international clients.

Filipa specializes in corporate and acquisition finance and has extensive experience in transactions involving real estate financing and real estate investment.

She also has extensive experience in special situations, restructuring, and transactions involving distressed assets and NPLs.
