Gonçalo Cabral Moncada is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
His main areas of focus are banking and finance law, fund structuring, capital markets.
He provides legal advice to several national and international clients on financial supervision matters, advising banks, financial service providers and asset management companies on supervisory law issues, fund structuring and related proceedings before the national supervisory authorities. In particular, he advises on general banking law, investment supervisory law as well as closed-ended funds of different asset classes and also advises investors on fund structuring.
Gonçalo is recognised for Banking and Finance Law and Corporate Law, as Ones to Watch, by Best Lawyers fot eh past years.
Joined CMS Portugal in 2022.
