Gustavo Lourenço Cruz is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
With over 10 years of experience, he develops his activity with greater focus in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, and dispute resolution in the financial services sector, including the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (“BRRD”) and related matters.
He provides legal assistance to key clients in the financial sector in highly complex and multijurisdictional legal proceedings.
Gustavo advises national and international clients both in the pre-litigation stage and in disputes before judicial courts.
