Henrique is a Partner in the Employment, Labour & Pensions team, specializing in Immigration law.
With over 15 years of experience, he heads the Immigration team providing legal and employment advice to companies and individuals on all matters related to immigration, including the hiring of foreign citizens, both European and non-EU, as well as the processes of obtaining visas, from the Golden Visa to work visas, D7, D2, Digital Nomads, among others, and also the acquisition of Portuguese nationality.
Henrique’s assistance also includes the secondment of employees to companies abroad and/or from foreign companies to Portuguese undertakings.
Moreover, he has extensive experience in labour law and litigation, as part of the labour litigation team, representing companies in lawsuits challenging dismissals, wage claims, among others. He also provides day-to-day employment advice to domestic and foreign clients.
He also has extensive experience in the area of private law, with a particular focus on civil law, litigation and insolvency law.
