Inês de Mundel Calado is an Associate in the Real Estate practice area.
 

She advises clients on various areas of Real Estate Law, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and related matters, including tourism developments, office and residential buildings, renewable energy projects, and shopping centers. She also provides legal support in transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of rights over real estate assets—whether through asset deals or share deals—as well as conducting due diligence on these assets.
 

She also advises real estate investment entities and their management companies, as well as supporting international investors in their investment projects in Portugal.
 

She joined CMS Portugal in 2025.
