Inês de Mundel Calado is an Associate in the Real Estate team.
She advises multiple clients across various areas of real estate law, with a special focus on the transaction of real estate assets and related matters, including tourism developments, office and residential buildings, sports facilities, renewable energy projects, and shopping centers. This includes legal support in acquisition and disposal operations of rights over real estate assets—whether by asset deal or share deal—as well as conducting thorough legal due diligence on these assets.
Inês also advises real estate investment entities and their respective management companies, and supports international investors in their investment projects carried out in Portugal.
