Inês Jones is an Associate in the Corporate M&A team.
She focuses her practice in the areas of Corporate M&A, in particular providing legal advice to national and international companies on corporate, commercial and contractual matters, including the drafting and review of corporate documents and commercial agreements, as well as assistance in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
