Inês Jones is an Associate in the Corporate M&A team.
She focuses her practice on Corporate M&A, particularly providing legal advice to national and international companies on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, drafting and reviewing corporate documentation and commercial agreements, and assisting in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate restructuring operations.
