Miguel Santos Ferreira is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
He focuses his activity mainly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, capital markets, and banking and finance law.
He has been involved in company purchase and sale transactions, national and international corporate restructuring operations, and the acquisition and disposal of NPLs.
He also provides permanent legal advice, in corporate law, to several national and international clients, including advice on Corporate Governance issues.
Miguel is recognised for Corporate Law, as Ones to Watch, by Best Lawyers for the past years.
Joined CMS Portugal in 2016.
