Miguel Quintans is a Counsel in the Intellectual Property team.

With 20 years of experience, his main area of focus is intellectual property, being currently responsible for the management of the IP portfolios of several national and foreign clients.

Miguel is acknowledged as Leading Associate for Intellectual Property, by Legal 500, 2025, and is acknowledged as a Notable Practitioner by IP Stars, since 2023. He has also been awarded Silver Individual – WTR1000 since 2020, as well as the ILO Client Choice Award for Intellectual Property – Trademarks category for Portugal (2014, 2015, 2019, 2021, and 2022). Moreover, he is ranked Excellent for IP Litigation, by Leaders League, 2025.
