Salvador Carvalho is an Associate in the Lusophone Africa team.
Salvador develops his practice predominantly in the transactional area of Corporate and M&A, with an international dimension, including transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of companies, mergers, and projects in the energy sector, advising both domestic and foreign clients.
He also provides ongoing legal advisory services in corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, including corporate governance, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of corporate documentation and commercial agreements.
Joined CMS Portugal in 2024.
