Sara Chiappe Nolasco is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Pensions team.

With 10 years’ experience in labour and social security law, she assists a roster of domestic and international clients, in a range of sectors spanning financial services, pharmaceutical and technology.

She provides day-to-day employment law and Human Resources advice to national and international clients. Her experience includes the instruction of disciplinary procedures, the drafting of legal opinions, the definition of hiring policies, the planning and implementation of career plans, salary and benefit policies and the organisation of working time.

She is a member of the staff restructuring team, representing national and foreign clients, in collective dismissals, redundancies and company transfers.

She also provides regular assistance in several labour litigation processes.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2012.
