On the next 3 December it will enter into force the Decree-Law no. 250/2012 (DL 250/2012), of 23 November, which modifies, notably, the provisions applicable to the register of statutory accounts, amending the Commercial Register Code and the Commercial Entities' Dissolution and Liquidation Administrative Procedure Regimen.
