CMS Wistrand advises S-Invest Trading AB on the acquisition of Växthuset Linds in Visby

CMS Wistrand has advised S-Invest Trading AB (Blomsterlandet) in connection with its acquisition of Växthuset Linds on Gotland, together with the associated properties, from Anna Lind Holsner and Alexander Holsner. Växthuset Linds was founded in 1879 and has been run by five generations of the Lind family since then. Completion took place on 1 September 2026.

S-Invest Trading AB owns Blomsterlandet, a nationwide retail chain with around 60 stores across Sweden specialising in flowers, plants and gardening supplies.

The acquisition strengthens Blomsterlandet's presence on Gotland. Växthuset Linds will continue to operate under its own name as an independent business.

CMS Wistrand provided legal advice throughout the transaction, including corporate and M&A matters, intellectual property, employment and real estate law.
