She was as a Senior Corporate Governance and Compliance Consultant in the Advisory department of KPMG South Africa prior to joining CMS.
Her role consisted of conducting compliance reviews aligned with the Companies Act 71 of 2008, and the King IV™ Principles for effective Corporate Governance; drafting and advising on comprehensive corporate governance and regulatory compliance documents; and advising several JSE-listed entities on their corporate governance reviews. She also contributed to the development of a Financial Services Sector ESG Indicator on behalf of the Internal Audit Enterprise Risk team.
