Absa Bank Limited - advised and assisted Absa Mozambique and Absa Mauritius in relation to a USD 25 000 000 term loan facility to be provided to Montepuez Ruby Mining for capex purposes related to a plant being built in Mozambique.
A Property Group in South Africa - assisting client with a ZAR 315 million facility to the Borrower.
