  • A Development Finance Institution - advised in relation to a ZAR 114,480,000 financing to be provided to Veer Energy Proprietary Limited (and group companies) as part of a rooftop solar project.
  • Development Bank of Southern Africa Limited - on the provisions of a term loan facility in the amount of ZAR 2,159 billion to TransNamib Holdings, the national rail services operator in Namibia. The Facility was made available for the purposes of funding rolling stock capacity and reliability through investing in new enabling technology; capacitating TransNamib’s workshop depot; and refurbishing staged locomotives as well as the replacement of old locomotives and the acquisition of new locomotives.
  • A Development Finance Institution - advised and assisted as an equity funder, in relation to two Solar PV projects, with the two related companies within a group as project sponsors and a subsidiary of the related company as the sole off-taker.
  • Absa Bank Limited - advised and assisted Absa Mozambique and Absa Mauritius in relation to a USD 25 000 000 term loan facility to be provided to Montepuez Ruby Mining for capex purposes related to a plant being built in Mozambique.
  • A Property Group in South Africa - assisting client with a ZAR 315 million facility to the Borrower.
  • Imbumba Aganang Private Party (RF) Proprietary Limited - assisting and advising Imbumba Aganang Private Party (RF) Proprietary Limited with a due diligence.
