  • Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited - in litigating against a Group of Companies for the recovery of funds owed pursuant to a Term Facility Agreement, Guarantee and Share Subscription Agreement to the sum of circa ZAR600 million.
  • A major creditor - in the business rescue of Mango Airlines SOC Limited (in business rescue).
  • The Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa - on all aspects of credit insurance, litigation and recoveries.
  • Health Squared Medical Scheme - acted on behalf of liquidators in the enquiry proceedings.
  • Murray & Roberts - represented a major creditor in business rescue.
