Prior to joining CMS, Ntombizodwa gained extensive professional experience in legal and financial administration, having worked as a Legal Secretary/Assistant, Portfolio Administrator, and Loans Administrator. In these roles, she provided comprehensive legal and administrative support to senior legal professionals, including preparing and managing legal documentation, collating conditions precedent, facilitating bond registrations and loan drawdowns, coordinating the execution of legal agreements by multiple stakeholders, preparing invoices, memorandums, presentations, and maintaining legal templates. Ntombizodwa also monitored undertakings, coordinated the release of securities, captured legal loan terms, managed disbursements, performed reconciliations, and calculated interest, thereby strengthening expertise in legal documentation, financial administration, and customer service.
