In Belgium, he is a recognised expert in handling issues related to corporate governance and executive managers’ liability. He is, among other things, regularly consulted by executive managers for disputes concerning liability.
He has written several articles on this subject, including “Responsabilités des dirigeants d’entreprises”, a work he co‑authored with Grégory de Sauvage and which was published by Larcier in 2012. Moreover, he regularly delivers training sessions and seminars on this same subject.
He has developed expertise in the formalisation of long-term relationships between shareholders (shareholders’ agreements, statutes, rules of procedure, etc.).
