Stéphane specialises in the restructuring of private and public companies. He advises Belgian and foreign groups on the structuring of their shareholdings (in particular through mergers, transfers or contributions of branches of activity or company spin-offs) as well as the structuring of their partnerships.

Similarly, he is involved in merger/acquisition operations with a view to setting up post-acquisition integration operations or structuring divestments.

He has specific expertise in the steel and cement sectors and has participated in the conclusion of numerous collaboration agreements and construction projects in these sectors.
