Miklós is a senior associate in the commercial practice group at CMS Budapest, where he focuses on the intellectual property, technology, media and communications sectors.

Miklós joined the firm in 2011 as a paralegal and graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 2014. He qualified as a lawyer in July 2018.

He has experience in various intellectual property issues, including advice on complex copyright and trademark matters, commercial regulatory matters, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial, software development and licensing agreements.

He has also assisted in preparing various memoranda concerning commercial, IP, IT, media and telecommunications regulatory issues. He has been involved in media and telecommunication law matters, including regulatory questions and contract reviews.

Miklós also has significant experience in managing projects, as well as working on managed legal services projects for various clients.
