Miklós is a senior associate in the Commercial Practice Group at CMS Budapest, focusing on commercial law, intellectual property and TMT.

He joined the firm in 2011. He has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including complex copyright and trademark issues, as well as commercial regulatory matters. His practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial agreements, software development and licensing agreements, and other technology related contracts.

Miklós regularly prepares and contributes to legal memoranda covering commercial, IP, IT, media, and telecommunications regulatory issues, and has been involved in a wide range of media and telecommunications law matters, including regulatory analysis and contract reviews. In addition, he has significant experience in project management and plays an active role in delivering managed legal services projects for a variety of clients.

Managing several managed legal services projects providing day-to-day commercial law advice to companies outsourcing their legal services to CMS, including one of the largest global oil companies.
A global technology company - acting as EMEA legal support in its gaming and digital entertainment business, providing ongoing regulatory, commercial, and compliance advice and supporting the coordination of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions in the region.
A global e-commerce and cloud services provider, a major German retailer, Primark and a multinational soft drink manufacturer on day-to-day commercial law matters.
4iG/Corvinus on the acquisition of Vodafone Hungary.
Clients in trademark registrations, transfers, oppositions and other trademark-related issues, drafting intellectual property licence agreements, trademark portfolio management for numerous firms, including GTC, RTL Group, Revetas Holding and Tesla, such as filing national, EU and international trademark applications, renewals, and providing trademark prosecution services.
An American multinational conglomerate on drafting a high-value licensing agreement concerning the company’s trade-secret portfolio in an inter-company reorganisation project, whereby a business segment and the related trade secret portfolio was relocated to another entity in the company’s group.
A major media company on a copyright dispute in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia with a royalty collecting society on the interpretation of broadcasting, retransmission and cross-border services.
