Frankfurt (CMS Legal)

Germany

Our CMS member firms are coordinated centrally by CMS Legal Services EEIG (CMS EEIG), a German European Economic Interest Grouping based in Frankfurt, Germany. Our team at CMS EEIG does not provide legal advice to clients. Such services are solely provided by CMS’s member firms in their respective jurisdictions.

The CMS Chairman and CMS Executive Director are part of CMS EEIG and – together with our team of marketing, communications, training and business technology experts – execute on the joint strategy set by the CMS Executive Committee. The CMS Executive Committee includes the managing partners of each CMS firm and one other appointed partner.

If you would like to do business with CMS, whether in a single jurisdiction or across many, please contact our CMS Director of Business Development Rupert Hartzhauser.

If you a journalist or a blogger looking for information on CMS and the work we do for our clients or you would like to talk to one of our lawyers to gain insights into industry trends and market developments from a legal perspective, please contact Isabel Scholes, Director of Marketing and Communications.
