Environmental and social issues, and responsible corporate governance, are of particular importance to us. 

Although, as a law firm operating on an international scale, we cannot completely avoid the use of resources that are harmful to the environment, we do our best to do so. Whether it’s in our Vienna office, at the 10 CEE locations or in the international CMS network: Sustainability is a top priority for us and an integral part of our advice and our corporate culture. We want to do our part to ensure that the world is worth living in for future generations.

We are a signatory to the UN Global Compact. We see this as a binding commitment for our actions.

EcoVadis Award CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz took part in the EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment in 2024 and achieved a place in the top 35% of "legal and accounting activities". We are proud to have been awarded the bronze medal.
