Starting a new role in a company is always exciting and naturally comes with many questions. To ensure that our new team members get off to a great start, we support you from day one through a clearly structured onboarding process.
On your first day, you will take part in a comprehensive onboarding session. Shortly thereafter, you will be introduced to your buddy – your personal peer-level point of contact for the first months at CMS. Your buddy will support you with day-to-day questions, provide guidance in your daily work, and help you settle into the team.
It is very important to us that you feel comfortable at CMS and quickly find your feet. With your buddy by your side, close support from HR, and regular exchanges with your manager, we create the best possible conditions for a successful start.
Should you take a break at any point during your “CMS journey”, we will stay in touch with you and jointly prepare your return.
