CMS and Sustainability&
Based on the success of our event in September, CMS and Sustainability& are hosting a webinar on the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and how to lawfully communicate and advertise these activities.
Nowadays, developing and implementing sustainability strategies is no longer just nice to have, but an absolute must for any organisation. These strategies need to be advertised effectively to the public. This requires substantiating claims by means of expert evaluation, as will be required in the future as set out in the draft Green Claims Directive.
Organisations are facing questions such as:
- How can we lawfully communicate our sustainability measures?
- What is the right way to advertise green claims?
- Can we use environmental labels for our products and services?
- Is it possible to verify our competitors’ claims?
