Successful M&A strategies are essential for sustainable growth and outperforming the markets. Poor transactions can threaten a company's existence. M&A involves the ambivalence of exploiting opportunities and avoiding risks.
Together, we would like to organise an evening that combines current market developments, strategic perspectives and practical insights into successful M&A processes. After an initial get-together, CMS and MP Corporate Finance will open the event with selected highlights from the CMS European M&A Study 2026 and an economic impulse from MP Corporate Finance.
This will be followed by a fireside chat in which two leading entrepreneurs will discuss their experiences, challenges and lessons learned from international M&A transactions. The discussion will be moderated by Gregor Nischer (Founding Partner, MP Corporate Finance) and Alexander Rakosi (Partner Corporate/M&A, CMS).
