The international commercial law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has appointed Bernhard Oreschnik (38) as Counsel. The tax law expert has been with CMS since 2021 and advises national and international clients on all areas of tax law.
His practice focuses in particular on contentious tax proceedings, including cases before the highest courts, criminal tax law, and corporate, group and reorganisation tax law. In addition, Bernhard Oreschnik has particular expertise in the taxation of gambling operators and in advising managers on tax liability issues.
Before joining CMS, Bernhard Oreschnik worked at leading Austrian law firms. He obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed an LL.M. at the renowned University of Edinburgh.
