Litigation Expert Arno Zimmermann Is Attorney-at-Law at CMS

Effective immediately, Arno Zimmermann is an attorney-at-law in the corporate litigation team of the international law firm CMS in Vienna. In his practice, he focuses on litigation, corporate law as well as inheritance law.

Arno Zimmermann, LL.M., (29) joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an associate in 2013. After completing his studies of law, he first gained work experience in the field of litigation at an internationally renowned business law firm. At CMS, he supports clients with his vast know-how in the field of corporate law disputes, particularly with regard to enforcing claims for damages against managing directors. He also advises start-ups on corporate law aspects and supports clients in questions relating to company successions and inheritance law.

Arnold Zimmermann, who was born in Graz, Styria, regularly publishes papers in law journals and has substantially contributed to the publication “Erbrecht 2017: Richtig vererben, Fehler vermeiden” (Inheritance law 2017: bequeathing done right, preventing mistakes) as a co-author.

Arno Zimmermann acquired legal and business expertise at the Vienna University of Business and Economics and passed the Austrian bar exam with distinction in 2015.
