Livia Landskron is promoted to attorney-at-law at CMS and joins the Corporate/M&A practice

Livia Landskron has joined the CMS Corporate/M&A practice as an attorney-at-law. With this career move, CMS underlines its commitment to supporting qualified legal professionals in the long term and fostering their development within the firm. 

Livia Landskron has been working as an associate at CMS Vienna since September 2021, advising clients primarily in the area of corporate law and M&A. Prior to this, she supported the CMS Corporate Transactions team as a legal assistant, gaining extensive experience in advising on national and international transactions. 

The 30-year-old completed her law degree at the University of Vienna in 2020. In addition, she undertook study visits to Paris and Madrid, as well as participating in an international law moot court. She also obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the 2025/26 academic year. Whilst still a student, she gained practical experience through legal work at renowned commercial law firms in Vienna, as well as internships in Cologne and Brussels. 

In her role, Livia Landskron advises companies on corporate law matters, restructurings and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Thanks to her specialist expertise and international perspective, she has established herself as a valued adviser within CMS’s corporate practice.
