Anja Cervenka is an attorney-at-law specializing in Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Restructuring. Her practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as transport and art law.
She has experience in representing clients in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals (ICC, VIAC, ad hoc) with leading law firms in Vienna and London. Ms. Cervenka has particular industry expertise with life sciences, construction as well as technology, media and communications.
Before joining CMS, she also gained project experience with international organizations and in management consulting. During her studies, Ms. Cervenka worked as a research assistant at the University of Vienna and at Columbia University.
