Clemens Macho works as a lawyer primarily in the specialist areas of Banking & Finance as well as Corporate Law/M&A. He is a member of the transaction team and advises international companies and banks on corporate and financing transactions.
Macho studied law at the University of Vienna and business administration and commercial law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He completed study visits in Los Angeles and London. During his studies, he gained practical experience in various renowned international business law firms in Vienna and New York and worked as a research assistant at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. In addition, he gained professional experience in the private sector and completed court practice in the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, including at the Vienna Higher Regional Court.
