Cornelia Kreuth is a lawyer and partner specialising in Corporate/M&A with a focus on core corporate matters and group law.

She has extensive expertise in carve-outs, restructurings and reorganisations of local and multinational corporate groups, including (cross-border) mergers, demergers, contributions, spin-offs, conversions and Societas Europaea formations. She also advises companies entering or exiting the Austrian market.

Cornelia also regularly advises clients in the telecommunications sector and has deep expertise in guiding complex projects and business-critical commercial arrangements in digital infrastructure across Europe.

She is particularly noted for her work on tower carve-outs for some of Europe’s leading network operators and has advised Deutsche Telekom on the sale of a majority stake in Deutsche Funkturm in Austria as part of a €17.5 billion transaction.

Before joining CMS in 2018, Cornelia worked at several renowned business law firms and at the University of Vienna
