Daniel Grimmer is an attorney-at-law in the Corporate/M&A practice group and advises clients on a broad range of corporate law matters as well as in national and international M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
Daniel studied Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and completed his master's degree with distinction. Following his graduation, he completed his judicial clerkship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and gained experience at several renowned Austrian and international business law firms. Further, Daniel convenes a lecture course on corporate law at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.
