David Berger has been an associate at CMS since 2026, specialising primarily in tax law.
He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business law with honours at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). During his studies, he gained practical experience through several internships and student positions at renowned business law firms as well as at an Austrian authority. He also participated in the Franz von Zeiller Moot Court and worked as a tutor at WU’s Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law. Before joining CMS as an associate, he completed his court internship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
