David Hofbauer is an associate in the Intellectual Property, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice groups. His practice focuses on litigation and non-litigation matters relating to unfair competition, trademark, and copyright law, as well as medical law.
David Hofbauer joined the Intellectual Property team in 2023. Before becoming an associate in 2025, he worked at the Foreign Trade Center of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Toronto, Canada, and at a renowned commercial law firm, also in Toronto. He completed his judicial clerkship at the Prosecutor´s Office for Combating Economic Crime and Corruption, among others.
