David Prasser joined the Corporate Litigation Department at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an associate in October 2022. He focuses on litigation and arbitration as well as corporate and commercial law. David Prasser completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and attended several courses at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan as part of an exchange semester. During his studies, he gained experience as an intern and student assistant at various commercial law firms in Vienna and Upper Austria. Subsequently, he completed his judicial practice in the Higher Regional Court in the Vienna district.
