Helmut Bruckner is a Senior Lawyer for the Real Estate & Construction Practice Area. 

Helmut Bruckner graduated from the Faculty of Law in Vienna and joined CMS in 2003 as a senior lawyer. He brings to his advisory work his experience as head of the legal department of an innovative property developer, where he worked for 15 years. He focuses on real estate and construction law, tenancy and housing law, general civil and corporate law, and insolvency law.
