Konstantin Kladivko is a trainee lawyer in public commercial law. He previously supported the practice group as a legal assistant. 

He studied law at the University of Vienna and KU Leuven. He also completed an Advanced LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Leiden University, graduating summa cum laude as the first graduate of the programme. 

Prior to this, Konstantin Kladivko gained relevant experience as a research assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna, worked at the Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU in Brussels and spent two years as a legal assistant at a law firm. He completed his court clerkship at the Federal Administrative Court, among other places.
