Luka Marčelja is an Associate in the Banking & Finance department at CMS Vienna, where he has practised since March 2026.
Luka completed his law studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) in 2025. During his studies, he undertook an exchange semester at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona through the ERASMUS programme, broadening his expertise in comparative legal and commercial frameworks within an international setting.
Prior to joining CMS, Luka gained practical legal experience through student and legal assistant roles at several distinguished Austrian law firms, building a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and advisory work.
