Lukas Fabsits is an associate in the areas of Life Sciences & Healthcare, Intellectual Property (IP), and Technology, Media & Communications. He specialises in medical law, as well as competition, trademark and copyright law.
He earned his law degree with a specialisation in medical law at the University of Vienna in 2021. During his studies, he gained extensive professional experience as a paralegal at a renowned commercial law firm. Before joining CMS in September 2023, he completed his court internship and worked as an associate at a prominent law firm in Vienna.
In 2026, Lukas Fabsits completed his master's degree in medical law (LL.M.) at the University for Continuing Education Krems.
