Nick is an associate solicitor in the Banking & Finance team at CMS Vienna, where he specialises in complex cross-border financing and real estate transactions. His clients range from boutique financial institutions to global corporations, including retail and investment banks, major national and multinational borrowers and issuers, building societies, and other lending institutions.
Before joining CMS, Nick advised companies - from start-ups to multinationals - on executive remuneration and employee incentive structures at Bird & Bird LLP in London. He trained at a large international law firm in Sheffield, where he also attended university. His multilingual background and international education inform his particular expertise in cross-border work.
Nick is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Ireland, where he is authorised to practise.
