Ramona Mujanovic is an associate at CMS Vienna, where she advises on complex Banking and Finance transactions and corporate law/M&A mandates. She joined the firm as an associate in January 2023, having previously supported the team as a legal assistant for ten months during her studies. In 2025, based on recent mandates, her work was predominantly focused on the Financial Services sector, with notable experience at the intersection of restructuring, financing and cross border real estate transactions.
Ramona completed her law degree at the University of Graz (Karl-Franzens-Universität) in January 2023. During her studies, she gained practical experience through numerous internships with commercial law firms, laying a strong foundation for her current practice.
She is fluent in German, English and Bosnian, and has working proficiency in French and Spanish.
