Rupert Riedl joined the firm in January 2025 as an associate, focusing primarily on corporate law/M&A and banking & finance. He advises on corporate and commercial law issues and transactions, with a particular focus on projects in the telecommunications sector.
In 2024, he completed his law studies at the University of Vienna, including a semester abroad at Utrecht University and participation in a civil law moot court. Before joining as an associate, he worked as a legal assistant while studying, first for two years at a real estate law firm and then, since 2022, in the transaction team at CMS. He also completed internships at various commercial law firms and at the Foreign Trade Center in Korea.
