Sebastian Aschl is a lawyer, who primarily works in the areas of litigation and arbitration as well as corporate and company law.
Sebastian Aschl studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed a semester abroad at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan as part of the Erasmus programme. During his studies, he worked as a legal assistant and an intern at various commercial law firms in Vienna. After graduating, he completed his judicial training at the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court and then worked as an associate at an internationally active commercial law firm.
In October 2022, he also completed the doctoral program in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
