CMS is proud to have assisted French group Boulanger with the acquisition of Krëfel group, the domestic and electrical appliances retailer active in both Belgium (74 stores) and Luxembourg (11 stores).
French-owned Boulanger has 154 stores across France and the takeover is part of its plan to expand internationally. CMS assisted Boulanger in all legal aspects of this M&A transaction, including the merger notification to the Belgian Competition Authority.
The CMS (Belgium and Luxembourg) team that assisted Boulanger included Cedric Guyot, Arnaud Van Oekel, Noélie Robert, Guillaume Beauthier, Andreia Carvalho, Aurélia Budzik, Annabelle Lepièce and Marguerite Soete.
